Tuesday 24th September 2013 - School Council Visit to The Mayor of Sandwell

On the 24th September 2013 the school Council went to visit the Mayor of Sandwell. We learnt a lot of history about the Mayor of the past.  We were introduced to the Mayor and we all shook her hand.  We also were able to get dressed up in some Mayors robes and also to hold a mace. We were also allowed to wear the Mayors chain which was very heavy and worth a lot of money.  We enjoyed our visit to the Mayor very much.
