Parent Notices

We are very excited to be visiting Telford Wonderland on Thursday 20th June. Please ensure you have completed the blue consent form and handed it in to the office. You can access the payment information on the School Gateway app.

The school nurses will be visiting us on Tuesday 30th April. They will be showing the children how to wash their hands correctly, how to brush their teeth correctly and then measuring the children's heights and weights. 

If your child has already turned 5, and you have consented for them to have their dental check, the dentists will be in school on Monday 29th April.

We welcome you to our class assembly on Friday 26th April at 9am. The children are looking forward to telling you everything we have been learning about in our Crazy Creatures topic. 

It is Parent's Evening on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st March. If you haven't booked an appointment, please speak to your child's teacher.

The Animal Man will be visiting us on Thursday 14th March. Please ensure you have completed an allergy form and consented for your child to pet the animals. 

We have a Stay and Play session on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th March at 2.15pm.  Please sign up for one session. If you need another letter, you can get one from the school office. 

Please join us for our Reading Workshop on Wednesday 24th January at 2.45pm. We will be giving you lots of information about reading in school and you will have the opportunity to read with your child. 

If we have asked you to provide your child's Nativity costume, this needs to be in school by Friday 8^th December.

If you have requested a physical copy of your child's reading book, please can you ensure this book is returned every Friday to be changed.

Please can you ensure that you have pre-ordered your child's lunch on the School Comms app each day.

Your child's eBook has been allocated to their account. To view it, please login to Collins eBooks with the details in your child's Reading Record or on the Parent Guide. More information can be found on the Reading page.

As part of our All About Me topic, we will be learning about our families. 

Please could you email in any family photographs for your child to share, to eyfs@highfields.sandwell.sch.uk by Monday 11th September 2023. 

Thank you to all parents who sent in photographs, your children have loved telling their friends all about their families. We will be displaying some of the photographs on our family board in the classroom.
