Year 4
Welcome to year 4!
Miss Grove, Mrs Lovekin and Mrs Acampora are very excited to spend the year with you.
Our lovely Mrs Lovekin is currently on maternity leave so Mrs Acampora is the class teacher in 4L until the end of the school year.

Our school topics!
We have 3 fantastic topics this year.
In Autumn term, we will be studying the life and times of the Romans including an amazing trip to a real Roman fort!
In Spring term, we are studying Water. This will include rivers, the water cycle and flooding. Also, we will take a trip to Bewdley to visit a town known for flooding.
In summer term, our topic is the fantastic Rainforest! The children will explore the layers of the rainforest including the animals found on each layer and their habitats. During this term, the children will take part in a residential to Bell Heath.
PE Days
Year 4 PE days are on Tuesdays and Fridays and swimming is on Fridays. While one class is swimming, the other will be participating in PE within school.
